Sustainable screen enclosure

The Chismark family is going green.  High end  sustainable finishes and quality carpentry, provide low maintenance  and shelter from the heat of the summer.

Using Azek decking and trims, Velux skylights , and locally harvested forest products make this custom project stand the test of time.

Removable glass and screen panels  make this room more versatile for spring, summer and fall.  Harvey Industries, engineers these panels according to our customers specifications, thus providing a true custom space.

This Project is now finished and ready  for entertainment.  It was a pleasure working for such a appreciative customer.

Green Practices:

  • siding is carefully removed and stored for later use

  • aluminum: Trim and nails = recycled

  • decking : (composite plastic) = recycled

  • treated lumber scraps are separated and responsibly disposed

  • Plastic and Cardboard packaging = recycled
